UFB Forms and Submissions
Due to the large volume of transactions which occur in any given week, UFB processes all requests and other submissions through a system of forms. If you are submitting a form, please make sure to carefully answer each question, as errors may cause your submission to be voided by our systems.

Historical Funding
Please note that prior funding decisions should not be used by groups as a basis for requesting equivalent allocations, as our budget and group circumstances fluctuate annually. Previous funding serves only as contextual reference. Thank you for your understanding.
Baseline funding of $200 will be available for the academic year. Category 1, 2, and 3 groups are eligible to request this funding, provided they are verified by SAO, which includes attending the Event Planning 101 session during the most recent semester. While Baseline funding is not directly overseen by UFB, it must comply with SAO policies (e.g., no alcohol). The deadline to request baseline funding for the year is 11:59 PM EST on October 31st, 2024. Groups will be notified of the status of their request on a rolling basis.
Category 3 groups will receive priority consideration for supplemental funding, though Category 2 groups are also encouraged to apply. Category 1 groups are not eligible to request Supplemental funding. Prior to submitting a budget, groups must meet with their assigned representative, as the budget form cannot be completed without this meeting. We aim to notify groups of funding decisions anytime from the evening of their presentation/review to within one week. Notifications will be sent to groups via email by their representative.
